BushTel joins TIO

As a licenced mobile carrier, BushTel has become a member of the Telecom Industry Ombudsman (TIO) Scheme. The TIO’s charter is to provide a fair, independent, and accessible external dispute resolution service for individual consumers, occupiers and owners of property, small businesses and not-for-profits who have been unable to resolve their complaint with a phone or internet service provider. What this means that in the unlikely situation where it is not possible to resolve an issue directly with BushTel, our customers can be assured that they can reach out to the TIO.
